One morning Micah picked up Rachel, blindfolded her, and took her to a small airport. Micah is a pilot in Tampa, Florida, and Rachel had never flown with him before. Once at the hangar, where the small plane was waiting that Micah had rented, he removed her blindfold. They boarded the plane and he flew her over some of their favorite places (beaches, park, etc.). After that they flew over a familiar pasture, and he jokingly said,...
I have been married once before and the engagement ring I used was one that had belonged to my grandmother. I have been with my current girlfriend for close to 2 years, feel like she is the one I should have been with all along and am interested in making it official. The issue is that I have no experience buying engagement rings. I still have the ring that belonged to my grandmother but I think my current girlfriend and I agree that we would rather make one out of paper than give her the one that was worn by my ex, even if the ring was appraised at $10,000 for insurance purposes. I also know...
I booked my dress on dressdo.com a few weeks ago, but ever since I have been worrying that maybe I made the wrong choice. While I felt like I looked good in it , it's not what I went in thinking I wanted AT ALL and I never had that "this is the one" moment. Should I try to cancel the dress I ordered an look for a new one, or should I just stick it out and hope I feel better about it when it actually comes in? the link to the dress is http://www.dressdo.com/strapless-sexy-ivory-chic-modern-floor-length-lace-organza-wedding-dress-d61ab1.html
My fiance has his family and friends in Arizona, whereas I have only a few in Arizona but most in California. The biggest worry is the grandparents. They all are getting older and cannot travel long distances.
One way or another, one family will have to travel a long way and spend a lot of money... and I feel terrible about it...
I have no idea what to do about this... but if anyone has been through this as well, I'd LOVE to have some suggestions! Thank you!!! ^_^
So, as some of you know my FH will be deployed almost all of 2012 and he won't be able to be here for our original March date, so we pushed our wedding to 2013. On the bright side I get my outdoor Summer wedding now. FH is thinking of re-enlisting. He would be done January of 2013 if he chooses not to, but if he does we don't really know what would be going on for him. I've been looking at venues, and was wondering, if I find one I really love should I book it or should I wait until things are more settled with FH? Should I...
In March a busy executive came to us asking to help us plan his girlfriends proposal. She always was told of a fairytale where a blonde haired blue eyed cowboy would ride up to her on a horse and take her off into the sunset. We helped make that fairytale a reality. To have your very own ultimate proposal idea, it takes a lot of work and resources that you may not have. That is why it

The out-of-state couple are camping on the shores of a lake near a tiny hamlet.
The young wife, stunningly built, decides to give the local town folk a thrill by sun bathing in the nude.
"That's OK with me, honey," says her husband. "I'll go get some wood for the fire."
About thirty minutes later, the husband returns to the campsite and finds his wife in tears. One of her breasts has been painted green, the other red and her ass is blue.
So I was just hoping to get a little feedback...This is my proposal idea...
There is a part of Golden Gate park where you can rent paddle and row boats. I would like to take her there on 11-11-11 and rent a row boat or a half hour. When we finish there will be one of the character artists doing pics (It would have to be pre-arranged prior to our arrival to keep the element of surprise). We would sit down in front of him to get ourselves drawn. What she wont know is the artist will draw me down on one knee with a ring. When he is finished, I will let her get up and in front of me...
I have a couple male friends that have recently become engaged and they have decided to wear engagement rings. I know that mens rings are becoming more and more sophisticated, possibly making them want a ring sooner, but I have never heard of this before. What are your thoughts? I certainly don't think there is anything wrong with it! I'm just curious if this is becoming popular.

I'll keep this short and sweet... so my girlfriend and I are heading to Las Vegas for Thanksgiving weekend and I purchased "Meet & Greet" VIP Tickets to see David Foster and friends at Mandalay Bay for our 1 year anniversary. I read that Michael Buble was going to be one of the "friends" which is why we got the tickets since his track "hold on" is our song! I was really hoping to set up a really extravagant proposal that night during the backstage meet & greet or maybe even on-stage (if possible). Does anyone have any recommendations or personal...
I am planning to ask my gf to marry me and as soon as I felt it was right I had this idea pop into my head, however after reading bits and pieces I am starting to feel as if it may put too much pressure on her to say yes, any input that you can provide would be great, even if it is stop reading random articles
Firstly, the most important thing to us is our family and friends, they have played a massive role not only in our lives but in our relationship, we have such great support networks and without them we probably would never have met, as they are...
Why does a bride carry a bouquet of flowers when getting married? Does it important for a bride to carry a bouquet? Have you ever seen a bride without a bouquet? Will it look strange for the bride to not to carry a bouquet?
Personally I've never heard of this. But, with my wedding coming up and the details that apply to it, it is unreasonable to have a true wedding reception the day of or the day after or really, any time near the wedding at all.
We're planning on a very unique destination wedding that only has immediate family attending, then, directly after the wedding we're going on our honeymoon for quite a while, and by the time we get back and all set for the reception it will be around two months later.
At the reception there will be around 150 people or so attending....
Wanted to propose while I'm on vacation. We are going to be with her best friend and that girls boyfriend. I thought it would be different if we both proposed at the same time. They're best friends and it isn't the first marriage for any of us. In talking to the other guy, he's ready too. Even though its not the first one, I don't want it to be any less special than if it were everyones first. Does it seem kind of tacky? Just looking for thoughts/opinions on it. Thank you.
Sometimes doctors are discouraged from trying a new activity, because we don't have all the right "gear" for it. This does not need to be the case for Yoga clothing, however. In general, if you have exercise clothes for aerobics or stretching exercises of any kind, you won't need to buy anything new. If you now best sites for buying online yoga clothing please share on this forum.
